jack loves playing with his taggies ball ... almost as much as he likes chewing it ..
today he went with roxana to glen echo park and played with some "big kids" (14 months and 20+ months). they had lunch there. he cried a little because he wanted to have the "big kid food" that the others were eating. no such luck, jack. he did get some whole wheat bunny crackers for the first time though.
I like that the girl who wanted to eat fake flakes of butter (yes, I'm talking about Molly McButter) is feeding her child organic crackers. Ah, how things change.
ReplyDeleteHas Jack experienced the pure pleasure of a Wagon Wheel yet? Might not be organic, but guaranteed to be a hit. Greta gnawed on her first for at least 20 minutes (pre-teeth) and eventually graduated to Gerber puffs (which she still enjoys as a snack). And she thought she was as cool as the big kids with all their munchies!
ReplyDeletejack hasn't had wagon wheels or gerber puffs, but he does eat veggie booty puffs, which he likes quite a bit!!
